At the first neighborhood workshop for East Meadow Circle, the consultant team will provide a brief overview of the process, explain how it fits into the Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and highlight the key issues they have heard about so far.  The participants will then divide into smaller groups to discuss goals for the Concept Plan, their vision for the area and issues and opportunities related to the Concept Plan area. These groups will report back at the end of the workshop.
